Adding to their already extensive 2024 touring itinerary, Swedish melodic metal pioneers In Flames have confirmed a month-long spring trek with two of heavy music's most exciting young prospects.
Kicking off May 1st in Portland, ME and closing out May 26th in Dallas, TX, In Flames will hit the road with desert destructors Gatecreepers and Texas crossover killer, Creeping Death. The tour bolsters In Flames' lengthy touring slate which includes a February run of Asia and Australia with thrash legends Kreator and a fall European tour on the Rising of the North co-headliner with Arch Enemy and stalwart support, Soilwork.
In Flames vocalist Anders Fridén communicated the band's excitement to hit the road with such solld supporting bands. "We are very excited to have these two killer bands, Gatecreeper and Creeping Death, on this run. I foresee a night of huge riffs, blast beats, head banging, mosh pitting, people loosing their minds and more. Come on down, lets have a good time!!!"
Gatecreeper frontman Chase Mason spoke about touring with such an influential band and how this run will allow the band to perform live following extensive studio work on their next release. "We are very excited to tour with In Flames. We have been fans for a long time and got the opportunity to meet and play with the band last summer. In Flames has been a huge influence on our newer material and hitting the road with them after working on our record is an ideal scenario for us."
In Flames will be trekking in support of their celebrated 2023 LP, Foregone. Additionally, Creeping Death will be out in support of their well-received Boundless Domain LP which landed last year.
