Lorna Shore Release Instrumental Version of Acclaimed Album ‘Pain Remains’, Kicks off EU Tour Next Week

- By Cori Westbrook

A year after the release of the celebrated full length, the band have shared the album without vocals in what translates as a massive wall of sound and a crushing symphonic deathcore soundtrack.

Symphonic metal and deathcore trailblazers Lorna Shore have unveiled an instrumental edition of their celebrated fourth album, Pain Remains, a year after its initial launch. The record, lauded by metal critics, is now reimagined without vocals, allowing listeners to experience its intricate compositions in a fresh, unadulterated form. Enthusiasts can now stream or digitally purchase the instrumental variant HERE.

Fans in Europe will have the chance to experience Lorna Shore's dynamic performances live as the band embarks on "The Pain Remains European Tour 2023," starting this weekend. The headlining tour will also feature performances by Rivers of Nihil, Ingested, and Distant. Tickets for the concerts are available online, but fans should act quickly as multiple dates have already sold out.

In addition to their European engagements, Lorna Shore will return to the United States for a series of Christmas shows, bringing their powerful presence to stages in Worcester, Long Island, and Sayreville this December. Moreover, fans can look forward to catching them at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds in April 2024 for the "Sick New World" festival.

As Lorna Shore continues to push the boundaries of heavy music, both with their full-throttle live performances and innovative studio offerings, the band solidifies their status in the metal community, inviting listeners to explore the depth and breadth of their artistry.
