Malevolence Share Live-Shot Visual for "Higher Place" Featuring Espera of Sleep Token

The cut lands as the band prepare to begin their near completely sold out UK headlining tour with Pain of Truth and Rough Justice.

On the eve of their near entirely sold out UK headlining tour, metallic hardcore heavyweights Malevolence have shared a powerful new visual for the emotive track, "Higher Place".

Capturing the spectacle of their incendiary showing last November for a sold out set at The Forum, London, the track from their lauded LP Malicious Intent also featured a special guest in the vocal trio of Espera of the mysterious metal juggernaut, Sleep Token.

The beautifully shot, masterfully edited video showcases a different side of Malevolence - no less impactful. Delivering relentless sets and earning a reputation as one of the most electrifying live bands in contemporary heavy music, the latest edition of "Higher Place" underscores the band's prowess as well-rounded showmen and songwriters.

Frontman Alex Taylor shared his take on the track and the video that preserved such a special performance. “We always relish the opportunity to do something special and different, so it was a privilege to have the Espera girls join us on stage for ‘Higher Place’ at our biggest ever headline show. The idea spawned when the group tagged us in a reel of themselves singing ‘Higher Place’ on Instagram - we immediately knew that we had to do it live together. We can’t thank them enough for coming down and being part of something so special in Malevolence history!”

The video lands just ohne day before the band begins their eagerly-anticipated club tour of the UK along with Pain of Truth and Rough Justice. The 11-date ruin concludes with a finale in Edinburgh on February 13th. Most of the shows are already sold out.
