Following the band's recent supporting set opening for Dethklok, LA's own melodic death practitioners in Thrown Into Exile have turned the page on an important new chapter, welcoming new vocalist Joshua Santos with the unveiling of the gargantuan new track, "Beyond the Veil."
Marking the band's BLKIIBLK label debut, the track was premiered via Matt Heafy's "Chaos Hour" on Sirius XM's Liquid Metal and features the band's explosive combination of speed, precision and melodeath power. The band spoke on the newest addition to the fold and the auspicious start launched with the newest single.
"The addition of Joshua Santos brings a whole new dynamic to THROWN INTO EXILE that showcases a more extreme side to us that has not really been done in the band's history. This is only a taste of what's to come from our new album and we can't wait to play this live in a city near you this year."
Setting out on an exhaustive touring slate for 2026, Thrown Into Exile is currently out supporting Dethklok and will spend the summer out with Black Label Society for a stretch of European festival dates. Later this fall, Thrown Into Exile will join Arch Enemy and The Black Dahlia Murder for an extensive North American tour. A current list of confirmed dates can be found below.
