Back in 2022, the band rshared that after a tenure some four decades deep, NOFX was calling it a career, but not before one final whirlwind tour. The ambitious endeavor aligned with the mathematics of the band, touching down in 40 cities with a 40-song set list specific to each night.
Throughout 2023, the band has been at the helm of their Punk In Drublic Festival brand, recruiting a myriad of punk stalwarts in different cities to help complete the band's touring victory lap.
Having recently announced the European leg of their final run set to extend from May into June, as well as the band's confirmed Australian dates in January - NOFX has now added an 15 North American dates to their itinerary. The announcement also includes the confirmation of their final three shows ever - closing out with a finale in Los Angeles set for October 4th, 5th and 6th.
The confirmed North American dates include stops in Salt Lake City, Portland, Montreal, Boston and the band's very last performances ever with a three-night engagement at Berth 46 at the Los Angeles Waterfront in San Pedro.
NOFX architect Fat Mike spoke to the significance of these last shows. “We’ve played over 2000 shows in 33 countries, in more than 300 cities and darn it…we’re a bit tired. One thing I know in my heart…this is going to be the most emotional, heartbreaking, greatest tour of our career. I’ve never been so excited and at the same time terrified. Mostly excited…”
