Doubling down on the dominant collab single with Stick To Your Guns that detonated earlier this month in "Instrument of War," Switzerland's skyrocketing export Paleface Swiss are now set to deliver their next EP to begin the new year, The Wilted. The release lands almost exactly one year to the day following the massive campaign launched with their acclaimed 2025 full length, Cursed.
The subsequent year of touring in support of Cursed saw Paleface Swiss tally wome of their biggest shows to date, running up more than 60,000 tickets sold with international dates, headlining plays and major festival appearances.
Serving as an extension of the world cultivated on Cursed, The Wilted asserts the Swiss unit's continued sonic evolution, dialing up the intensity all while constructing aggressive art intended to provoke with power. Unveiling the latest preview from the project, "Let Me Sleep" functions as a powerful reminder of the punch of Paleface Swiss - showcasing a powerhouse performance from vocalist Marc “Zelli” Zellweger as he expands on the real life struggle with Insomnia.
“Do you know the feeling when you want to sleep but your head doesn’t allow it — maybe because you fear your dreams? Or do my dreams fear me?” Zelli reflects. “Sleep is so important to me, but sometimes my mind just won’t let me.”
Paired with the January 2nd due date for The Wilted, Paleface Swiss are gearing up for what is already shaping up to be their biggest year to date as a unit. The band is set to return with their biggest European tour to date to kick off the new year. The run will feature Stick To Your Guns and aggressive progressives Static Dress. The tour begins January 12th in Dublin and concludes with a finale on February 7th in Zurich which serves as the band's biggest hometown headliner ever.
