Over the holiday, seventeen of the most buzzworthy Bay area hardcore bands confirmed the release of a new compilation emphatically titled, Real Bay Shit. The release will arrived February 14th via Creator Destructor, which has released the likes of Big Ass Truck, A Wilhelm Scream and the sorely missed, GULCH.

Among the plethora of artists featured on the Bay Area-positive compilation, hardcore outfits including Scowl, Sunami and Spy led the pack with hefty names like Outta Pocket, Hands of God, Bog Boy and Extinguish also contributing to the album.

Real Bay Shit offers a throwback to initiative-based releases. Proceeds from the release of the compilation will all go to the Crossthread San Jose - a non-profit, community-based organization that offers outreach services in the greater San Jose area. Specifically, the proceeds will go towards the establishment of an all-ages DIY venue in San Jose - speaking to the sense of community that galvanized all the bands featured on Real Bay Shit.

The album is set to release digitally February 14th. Physical copies on various formats are expected to ship between March and April. See below for the complete tracklisting. Pre-order Real Bay Shit - HERE
