Capping a storied 40 year career, Sepultura has announced additional dates for their sprawling, global victory lap in the 'Celebrating Life Through Death' Tour.
Having already set the European leg for later this year with Jinjer, Obituary and Jesus Piece, Sepultura has unveiled their final North American campaign which is due to begin September 17th in Chicago and conclude with a finale in New York on October 12th.
Set to join Sepultura for their final run on North American soil, the band has again enlisted Florida death metal vets Obituary as support. Additionally, New York hardcore pioneers Agonistic Front will also join the trek with Brazilian death/thrash unit Claustrofobia set to open each night of the run.
Sepultura's Andreas Kisser enthused of the announcement. "We are so excited to announce the North American concerts of the 'Celebrating Life Through Death’ farewell tour.
