High-octane rock vets Set Your Goals are both beginning a new chapter and revisiting a formative one. The band has confirmed both a 20th anniversary tour for their breakout album, Mutiny!, as well as news of their first offering of new music with "Accelerate" on their new label, In Bloom. The track marks the first submission of new tunes since 2014.
Along with the reveal of the new single, Set Your Goals will pair the previously unreleased track, "Big Couch" as a limited edition 7-inch single. The vinyl will be available as both an exclusive pre-order colorway and an exclusive tour-only variant.
Speaking on the signing of the band to In Bloom, Johnny Minardi explained how the partnership was more than two decades in the making. “Set Your Goals sent a demo to Fueled By Ramen in 2005, and I completely fucked up - I loved it but never reached out... Thankfully, Goonies never say die. Fast forward 20+ years, I got my hands on an early version of Accelerate, and it absolutely blew my mind. Somehow, this band is even better in 2026 than they were back then.

As for the band's touring itinerary, Set Your Goals have confirmed both an East and West coast leg of their Mutiny! 20th Anniversary run. In addition to revisiting the beloved album. Set Your Goals will be flanked by a top-tier assembly of support. The Warriors, Restraining Order, War Is Hell, and Stateside will ride out for the East coast leg with I Am The Avalanche, Doomsday, Bad World, and Giveaway taking on the West coast dates.
“‘Mutiny!’ turned 20 years old this year! We’re very excited to announce that we will be playing some shows to celebrate the occasion,” the band enthused. “These songs still mean a great deal to us, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to still be sharing them with all of you two decades later.”
