Since the inception back in 2019, the Grey Day Tour has a become a massive live platform for New Orleans-based hip hop outliers, $uicideboy$. The hugely successful tour has grown exponentially each year and the 2024 installment now marks the biggest edition of the annual North American caravan to date.
Set to begin August 7th in Nashville, TN at Bridgestone Arena the duo of $crim and Ruby da Cherry will embark on a 41-date arena trek across North America that will conclude in the fall with a closing set in Lincoln, NE at Pinnacle Bank Arena on October 11th.
The 2024 edition of the Grey Day Tour will veer slightly from it's meld of hip hop and hardcore though still going with hardcore adjacent hip hop artists featuring the likes of Denzel Currry, Pouya, HAARPER, Shakewell, and Ekkstacy. Additionally, the latest Grey Day Tour will nurture a partnership between $uicideboy$ and PLUS1 advocating for mental health. $1 per ticket will go towards the organization which offers vital services and resources for helping those most in need.
Paired with the news of the newest installment of the Grey Day Tour, $uicideboy$ have followed the recent release of the single, "Us Vs Them" with the confirmation of their next full length album, New World Depression. While the single has since been soaring on streaming services with several additions to various playlists, the track serves as an indicator of what's to come - with an album that further delves into weighty themes including navigating fame, veering from self-destruction, the journey of self-discovery in a climate of chaos.
