UK metal juggernaut Employed to Serve has delivered a brand new music video for the opening track of their most recent full length, Fallen Star. "Treachery" showcases the magnitude and sheer musical strength of the band, complete with hostile vocals, incendiary guitars and a percussive pace that is all gas.
Vocalist Justine Jones explained the added importance of the single and why it remains a standout on the record. "As soon as we wrote this song, we always knew it was going to be the opener. Just straight out of the gate riffs, and Sammy was also able to do his Tom Araya impersonation. This track is about people in your life letting themselves down, and by proxy letting those close to them down as well."
To better compliment the fury of the track, the band decided the video should showcase just that. "For the video, we wanted to go for a more stripped-back performance video to portray the raw energy of the song."
The video for "Treachery" arrives as Employed to Serve prepare to head out with Kreator, Soilwork and more on Full Metal Cruise. From there, ETS will join up with Killswitch Engage for the band's highly-anticipated European tour. A complete list of live dates and cities can be found below.
