Metal titans Lamb of God have shared a new live performance music video for the single, "Sepsis". The clip was directed by Sam Shapiro and Kevin Garcia and filmed during the band's highlight set at Aftershock Festival in Sacramento last month.
Capitalizing on the timing of the festival appearance, the arrival of the single landed just one day prior, which ensured the Aftershock faithful would be the first to experience "Sepsis" live. “This song is about a national sickness,” prefaced frontman Randy Blythe before tearing into the explosive new single for the first time in front of a live audience.
Teaming once again with longtime producer and collaborator Josh Wilbur, "Sepsis" showcases the signature sound of one of metal's most celebrated and respected units - underscoring the band's continued dominance and unwavering heavy music craftsmanship. The single marks the first offering of new music since the band's universally-praised 2022 full length, Omens.
The arrival of the live music video for "Sepsis" lands the same week the band announced the fourth installment of the annual Headbangers Boat cruise. The 2026 roster features Lamb of God as both headliners and curators with special guests including Zakk Sabbath, The Dillinger Escape Plan, In Flames, GWAR, The Haunted, D.R.I., 200 Stab Wounds, X-Cops and more to be confirmed.
