The veteran ensemble of players paying homage to the musical legacy of Black Sabbath in Zakk Sabbath have announced plans to release a double album on march 1st, 2024. The trio of Zakk Wylde, Blasko and drummer Joey Castillo will offer their sincere renditions of essentials from iconic Sabbath works in 1970's Paranoid and Master of Reality from 1971.
The news of the double album release via Magnetic Eye Records arrives as the band preps for their extensive US tour along with The Native Howl that is set to begin next week and stretch well into January of 2024.
Zakk Sabbath last release a studio effort in 2020. Vertigo, offered a tip of the hat to Black Sabbath's legendary Vertigo Records. Inspired by the 50th anniversary of BLACK SABBATH's self-titled debut full-length, an album that changed music forever and was appropriately released on Friday the 13th, 1970.
