Knocked Loose Connect With Fans At Los Angeles Area Pop-Up Event

Knocked Loose Connect With Fans At Los Angeles Area Pop-Up Event

- By Ramon Gonzales

See images from the band's takeover at Uncle Paulie's Deli which included themed sandwiches, limited edition merch and the band breaking bread with the fans.

En route to the release of their hugely-anticipated Pure Noise Records release, You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To, hardcore title holders Knocked Loose spent a whirlwind weekend in Southern California. Among the fan-friendly festivities, the band announced an impromptu set at The Midnight Hour in San Fernando, CA - a night that saw huge emotion from frontman Bryan Garris and unmatched intensity in a room that only fit a few hundred especially lucky fans.

Additionally, the band planned to takeover Uncle Paulie's Deli in Los Angeles the very next day for pop-up event that offered an opportunity for fans to connect with the band with some very real facetime. Rolling out the red carpet, Uncle Paulie's offered themed sandos and the kind of comfortable, no-frills environment where fans could link with their favorite band while scoring some of the limited edition merch only available for the event.

Signing autographs and snapping photos in between smashing sandwiches, Knocked Loose proved especially endearing, chopping it up with the fans that came through to participate. From the casual environment to the overwhelming enthusiasm of the fans, the band mingled genuinely, offering proof of just why they remain so well beloved among their base.

The calm before the storm, the pop-up event precedes a busy remainder of the year which will include the May 10th release of the eagerly-awaited album and a massive North American tour that is all but sold out for every date. Enlisting Show Me the Body, Loathe and Speed, the supporting roster speaks to Knocked Loose's reach among all walks of hardcore and the sensibility in sharing their shine with the greater culture of the hardcore at large - a community which is thriving as a result.

On hand to capture the event, photographer Erica Lauren was at the ready to frame the intimate connection between the fans and the band - even as their stock soars higher than it has ever been.
