Atlanta Rock Duo '68 Announces Eagerly Awaited Headlining U.S. Tour

- By Cori Westbrook

The Callous Daoboys and The Homeless Gospel Choir will join the spring run throughout the US.

Atlanta's own rock duo '68, known for their electrifying performances and unique blend of rock 'n' roll, have announced an exciting headline tour across the United States this spring. The tour, supported by The Callous Daoboys and The Homeless Gospel Choir, promises to be a thrilling experience for fans.

Set to begin on March 7th in West Palm, Florida, the tour will travel across the country, making stops in major cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York, before concluding in their hometown of Atlanta, Georgia on April 6th. This marks a significant moment for '68, as it's their first full-scale headlining tour across the U.S. in a long time.

Fans can expect an unforgettable live experience, as frontman Josh Scogin promises to deliver "the greatest show anyone has ever seen." This level of enthusiasm and dedication is a testament to '68's commitment to their craft and their fans.

Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday, January 12th at 10:00 AM local time. Fans can purchase tickets through the band's official ticketing site.

The tour also serves to promote '68's latest album, "Yes, and...," released via Pure Noise Records. Described by Scogin as the band's "heaviest album ever," the record showcases a more intense and raw sound, diverging from their previous work. It features standout tracks like "Removed Their Hooks," "Removed Their Hats," and "End This War," all of which demonstrate the duo's evolution in their musical journey.

'68, consisting of Josh Scogin and Nikko Yamada, has been a dynamic force in the rock scene since their formation in 2013. Known for their energetic and often chaotic live shows, the duo has built a reputation for delivering powerful performances that resonate with audiences. With a discography that includes several critically acclaimed albums, '68 has continually pushed the boundaries of the rock genre.

This upcoming tour is not just a series of concerts; it's a celebration of '68's ten-year journey in the music industry, marked by passion, innovation, and a deep connection with their fans. As they hit the road this spring, '68 is set to remind the world why they are a formidable presence in the rock music scene. TIckets go on sale January 12th at 10am local time and will be available HERE
