Set to return August 19th through the 22nd, ArcTanGent has unveiled their first grouping of confirmed artists for the 2026 edition and already the forecast looks incredible. Following their most recent triumph in 2025's showing that featured sets from Wardruna, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Karnivool, TesseracT and more, organizers continue to show their expertise, piecing together one of the festival world's most best curated, thoroughly cohesive experiences.
For 2026, ArcTanGent will welcome the genre-melding genius of Gautier Serre and IGORR for an exclusive UK performance. French black metal progressive Alcest along with darkwave electronic powerhouse Perturbator will also take the ArcTanGent stage for region exclusives with Belgium brutalizers Oathbreaker also confirmed.
Additional standouts featured on the initial wave of artists for ArcTanGent 2026 include a farewell set from post-hardcore heroes, Svalbard, who will make the Bristol appearance their final festival set ever. Oklahoma outliers Chat Pile will also make the trek aboard for a special set at the festival.
ArcTanGent organizers James Scarlett shared of the confirmation, "The demand for ArcTanGent 2026 tickets has truly been unprecedented, with over half our tickets sold in the first 2 weeks of them being on sale. Fans will have to wait a little bit longer before we can announce our headliners, but we’re so excited for the exclusives, reformations and special sets we’ve already cooked up - Early Bird tickets are running low so if you want to lock in for another vintage ArcTanGent, don’t sleep!"
